Mother’s Day – Round Two – Four Seasons Musical Theatre – Victoria, BC

We had a wonderful order come in from the Four Seasons Musical Theatre, treating just about everyone involved in the creation of Charlotte’s Web – a spectacular show! We made eight beautiful bouquets full of oriental lilies in pink and white, green button mums, assorted spray roses, long stem roses and beautiful greenery fill! We also sent out Carnation galore. Again, Happy Mother’s Day to all at the Four Seasons Musical Theatre!

Mother’s Day at Platinum Floral Designs, Victoria, BC

We teamed up with Ooh La La Cupcakes for a Mother’s Day Elixir Mix which really was just that! We created custom made Oriental Lily and Pink,Coral and Peach Roses arrangements, all delivered with a custom made cupcake with a beautiful iced rose! Everything was amazing – even Alivia (my daughter) was such a good sport delivering all the cupcakes and was a special surprise to all the recipients who just ate up her cute little 3 year old smile. Thank you to everyone who placed an order and sent out the sweetest of messages to all those amazing Mother’s. Happy Mother’s Day!

Southern Charm – Prestige Oceanfront Resort, Sooke B.C – Featured!

Thinking outside the box sometimes can be hard – when everything seems done and done again! We participated in a stylized wedding shoot which was featured in the very first issue of The Wedding Ring Magazine – Vancouver Island Edition and wanted to create SOMETHING DIFFERENT. We headed into our vintage rental room and pulled out our 1950′s silver bouquet holder (which is available for rent) to get creative with the bridal bouquet. We used Eggplant Calla Lilies, China Berries, Mokara Orchids, Viburnum Berries and began the process. To continue the unique theme, we used the same elements on the Sweet Heart table – and it turned out well – stunningly different!

A huge shout out to the fabulous local wedding professionals, whom we couldn’t have done this without you!

From now on, your stunning, custom created Platinum Floral Designs bridal bouquet, will be delivered in a Blumebox. What’s a blumebox? It’s simply a box made from recycled paper perfectly shaped to place your bouquet into, which can be re-used as a vase after your wedding. It can also be used at the head table on display during the wedding saving costs on a vase rental! Pretty cool right? Well not only that, you’ll have the option of upgrading and customizing your bouquet box to match your wedding decor – place a custom wedding logo, add ribbon, lace, buttons or any kind of accessories.
